What if I change my mind?

We know you'll love your bag, however if something comes up you have 90 days after delivery to request a return. Eligible items must be unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase. To get started, email connect@kanvasmovement.com with your order number before sending anything back. Return shipping costs may apply. 

Sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized items are not eligible.

 Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Need help or need to update your shipping address? Email connect@kanvasmovement.com as soon as possible. Address changes may be possible before your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Standard U.S. shipping is $6.99 for orders below $25, $9.99 for orders from $25 to $74.99, and free for orders of $75 or more.

We currently ship within the U.S. only. International shipping is not available.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard U.S. shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after your order ships. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons. Expedited shipping is not currently offered.

I used this bag for traveling. It helped me keep my shoes and socks together and keep my other things clean in my luggage. I appreciate the pockets. I just wish there were smaller sizes for smaller shoes, although I did fit two pairs of shoes in the bag once.
