Not right now — keeping shipping simple helps us keep costs fair. As we grow, we’ll offer more options.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. International shipping is planned for a future launch.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can check it anytime for live updates.

My package says “delivered,” but it’s not here. What should I do?

Packages are sometimes marked delivered a bit early. Please allow 24–48 hours. If it still hasn’t arrived, email us and we’ll help track it down.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, reach out within 7 days with photos. We’ll take care of it.

Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it. Email us as soon as possible and we’ll make the change if we can.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Unused items in original condition can be returned within 90 days of delivery. Return shipping costs may apply.

Do you offer exchanges?

We recommend placing a new order for the color you want and returning the original item. This keeps our inventory accurate and gets your new item to you faster.

The Session Bag is designed for everyday essentials — shoes, layers, gym gear, and accessories. It’s built to be sturdy, but it’s not meant for heavy loads like weights or equipment.

Will the color fade?

With normal use, your bag should maintain its color. To keep it looking fresh, avoid extended sun exposure when not in use.

Are the straps adjustable?

Yes — the straps were designed for comfort and can be adjusted to fit across the body or over the shoulder.

What size shoes fit inside?

Most running and training shoes up to men’s size 13 / women’s size 15 fit comfortably inside the main compartment.
